AION Atelier is committed to delivering a high-quality, personalized Biomarker Scout Report to every client. Because our service involves the generation of a bespoke document using your individual assessment data, our refund policy reflects the nature of this delivery.
After Report Delivery
Once your Biomarker Scout Report has been generated and delivered to your inbox, the service has been fulfilled. Due to the personalized and digital nature of the product, we are unable to offer refunds after delivery. If you believe your report contains a technical error or was not delivered correctly, please contact us within 48 hours and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions
If your profile triggered an exclusion flag and you did not receive a report, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us and we will process your refund within 5 business days.
