AION Atelier is an educational biological intelligence service. We operate at www.theaionatelier.com.

When you complete The AION Baseline assessment, we collect personal identifiers including your first name, last name, and email address. We collect your responses to our biological assessment questionnaire, which you provide voluntarily. Payment information is processed securely through Stripe — AION Atelier does not store your payment card details. We also collect standard website analytics data, including pages visited, time on site, and general location data.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information solely to generate your personalised Biomarker Scout Report and to communicate with you about your assessment and related services. Your email address is used to deliver your report and any follow-up communications you have opted into. Anonymised, aggregated data may be used to improve our assessment framework. No individual client data is published or shared.
How We Store Your Information
Your assessment data is stored securely in an encrypted database. Your email is stored with our email service provider. Payment records are held by Stripe. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use a small number of trusted third-party service providers to deliver our product, including Stripe for payment processing, Rupa Health for laboratory ordering, Google Analytics for website analytics, and Beehiiv for newsletter delivery. We may also use additional technology partners for internal operations. Each of these services operates under their own privacy policies.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the details in Section 9. We will respond within 30 days.
